Tell Us What Went Wrong
A complaint is worth making. It might be this site, the way we handled your request or a company we referred you to. Whatever it is, please tell us. We read every complaint.
Ways to Raise It
Phone (940) 535-7201 or use the form on the contact page. Say what happened and when. Tell us how you'd like us to get back to you.
What We Do Next
First we confirm it reached us, then we look into it. Because we only make referrals, we don't do repair work ourselves. So a complaint about a repair's quality, price or timing has to go to the company that did the work. We'll make sure it gets there.
Anything wrong with this website, or with what it says, is ours to put right. The same goes for how we handled your request before a company called you.
If You're Not Satisfied
If you feel we didn't handle it well, ask for a second review through the contact form. We'll look at it again.
If the issue is a permitted repair by a contractor, your town's building inspections office is the first stop. For a disagreement with your insurer over a claim, the Texas Department of Insurance is the agency to contact.
What We Promise
Your right to complain to any state or local agency is unaffected by using this site. Fake reviews and invented ratings have no place here, and you won't find any. We never take down a genuine complaint in return for anything.

Get a Free Foundation Inspection
Tell us what you've seen, and we'll pass it to a local professional who can come out and look. They'll explain what they find and what your options are. The visit is free, and you're not signing up for anything.
